"Your parts department really IS among the best I've ever worked with in my 30 years of riding dirt bikes. Joel Cavinta in particular was extremely helpful, thorough, and creative with repair suggestions for my young son's very old minibike. Over the course of a week, I was helped by Joel several times as I scrambled to get the bike back together before a big weekend ride. For example, Joel took it as a personal challenge to help me find a replacement throttle cable when the new part would not be available in time, going through box after box of old stock until a suitable substitute was found. High Gear Powersports has certainly won me over as a customer!"

"Customer Service is not just talked about here it is the walk that the employees walk. The service department is second to none. I have been to a lot of motorcycle shops in my live time but none can compare to the service I have received at High Gear Powersports. Alan is an asset to the store. He is a true customer service person. He goes way above and beyond. As I went to pick up my bike the traffic was terrible and I was running late. But Alan stayed past closing as did a number of other employees so I could get my bike. They stayed 30 minutes for me. I appreciate what they did and will continue to tell everyone I know about the service you receive at this store. Thank you to each and every one of you. "
